Request deletion of your personal data
If you would like State Machinery to delete any personal data we have collected about you, you can request deletion by contacting us directly:
Option 1 — Email
Send an email to brock@rcsut.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your name and any details that help us identify your information.
Option 2 — Phone
Call or text 801-664-7770 and request that your data be deleted.
Upon receiving your request, we will delete all personal information we have stored about you, including:
If you logged in or interacted with our services through Facebook, we will delete any data received from Facebook about you. To also remove data that Facebook holds, visit your Facebook App Settings and remove our app.
We will process your deletion request within 30 days and confirm once complete. If we need additional information to verify your identity, we will reach out to you.
